Responsibilities
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans.
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
  • Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics such as leave and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace to enhance employee engagement.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Undertake tasks around performance management.
  • Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labour regulations.
  • Support the Senior Manager, Human Resources – Southeast Asia on any other task and/or special projects as the need arises.
Requirements
  • At least possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related degree (essential).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a HR Generalist (essential).
  • Sound understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
  • Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.
  • Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.
  • Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and get results for the organization.
