Responsibilities
- Administer compensation and benefit plans.
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
- Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics such as leave and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace to enhance employee engagement.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
- Undertake tasks around performance management.
- Gather and analyse data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
- Ensure compliance with labour regulations.
- Support the Senior Manager, Human Resources – Southeast Asia on any other task and/or special projects as the need arises.
Requirements
- At least possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related degree (essential).
- Minimum 7 years of experience as a HR Generalist (essential).
- Sound understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations.
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
- Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR software.
- Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.
- Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and get results for the organization.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
