Job summary

A leading talent acquisition firm in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned recruitment specialist to manage talent acquisition initiatives and recruit for various roles. The suitable candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the Oil & Gas, EPCC, or Construction sectors. Responsibilities include direct sourcing, candidate assessment, and enhancing the employer brand through strategic partnerships and community engagement.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Preferably with experience in Oil & Gas, EPCC & Construction industries.

Responsibilities

  • Perform proactive direct sourcing by searching resume databases and social networks.
  • Qualify suitable applicants via a range of screening tools.

Execute all talent acquisition initiatives and recruitment activities to meet the required talent demand within DIALOG.

Key responsibilities
  • Source and identify active and passive talent for current or future vacancies
  • Perform proactive direct sourcing by searching resume databases and or social networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Jobstreet), approaching suitable prospects, pipelining talent and creating talent pools in anticipation of business needs
  • Qualify suitable applicants via use of a range of screening tools e.g. face-to-face interviews, phone/ video interviews, written tests etc
  • Execute end-to end recruitment and onboarding process in accordance to country regulations, internal policies and best practice, and to provide an outstanding candidate experience
  • Analyze statistical recruiting data to determine effectiveness of all recruiting activities
  • Implement initiatives involving recruitment alliances and strategic partnerships to develop the employer brand through advertising, promotion, and community involvement with any recruitment focused local events
  • Execute talent acquisition activities including branding exercises, internships, scholarship and career events
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Talent Acquisition.
  • Preferably with experiences in similar industry such as Oil & Gas, EPCC & Construction.
