Join Penchem Technologies as an HR & Admin Executive, where you’ll play a key role in driving employee engagement, supporting growth and learning initiatives, and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle — job posting, interviews, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Maintain and update HRMS and employee records, while developing a Talent Bank for future hiring.
- Coordinate training and development programs, HRDC claims, and assist in Penchem Academy initiatives.
- Support employee engagement, recognition programs, and internal communications to strengthen workplace culture.
- Handle payroll-related administration, including attendance tracking, overtime, and staff benefits (insurance, medical, wellness).
- Prepare HR reports and KPI dashboards to support performance management and management reviews.
- Contribute to HR policy updates, process improvements, and digitalization initiatives.
- Oversee office administration, including stationery, travel arrangements, and document management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR & Admin functions, preferably in a corporate or manufacturing environment.
- Sound knowledge of Malaysia’s Employment Act 1955 and statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRD).
- Proficient in HRMS systems; experience with Mywave Emplx and SharePoint will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and strong time management skills.
- Proactive, disciplined, and self-driven, with a mindset for continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards is an added advantage.
