Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive the company's success
• Oversee all day-to-day business operations and ensure efficient workflows
• Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities to expand the company's footprint
• Effectively manage the company's resources, including budgets and personnel
• Foster a positive, collaborative work culture and empower the team to excel
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners and clients
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and internal policies

Qualifications

• Proven track record of success as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role
• Extensive experience in the CEO & General Management industry, with a strong understanding of the General/Business Unit Manager function
• Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Strong financial acumen and budgetary management expertise
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams
• Degree qualification in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Management
