You will be responsible for managing a pastry section in the kitchen and ensuring the preparation, production, and presentation of high-quality pastries, desserts, baked goods, and other sweet creations. This role requires creativity, precision, and leadership to deliver consistent results in both à la carte and banquet settings.
• Minimum 3–5 years of pastry kitchen experience with at least 1–2 years as a Demi Chef or equivalent role.
• Solid knowledge of pastry techniques, dessert plating, and bakery fundamentals.
• Creativity and passion for pastry arts with attention to details.
• Familiarity with large-scale production for events and à la carte dessert service.
• Understanding of food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Diploma or certification in Pastry Arts or Culinary preferred.
