Job summary
A culinary establishment located in Malaysia, Pahang, is seeking a Kitchen Supervisor to manage a specific kitchen station. The role requires 1 to 3 years of experience in a western kitchen, where culinary education is a plus. Responsibilities include preparing high-quality dishes, supervising junior chefs, ensuring quality control, and maintaining hygiene in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should act as a bridge between Commis Chefs and Sous Chefs.
