Job summary

A leading packaging company in Malaysia is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee logistics and inventory management. The role includes responsibilities for coordinating daily operations, managing safety protocols, and ensuring accuracy in shipping and receiving processes. Qualified candidates should have at least a minimum SPM, 1 year of experience in warehouse management, and a forklift certification. This is a permanent and full-time position offering a basic salary, attendance allowance, and overtime.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving/shipping, tracking stock levels, conducting counts, managing discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy.
• Coordinating daily logistics, optimizing layout, managing equipment (like forklifts), and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Enforcing company safety rules, state regulations, and maintaining a clean, organized, secure environment.
• Managing shipping paperwork, manifests, and data entry.
• Identifying inefficiencies and implementing strategies to boost productivity and reduce cost.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM and above.
• Minimum 1 year working experience.
• Previous working experience in Warehouse is encouraged to apply and experiences in carton manufacturing is an added advantage.
• Pleasant personality and computer literate.
• Matured and process initiates and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
• Work proactively with team members.
• Have own transportation.
• Certified in driving forklift.

Working location

Melaka, Batu Berendam (Manufacturing Carton Box)

Compensation

Basic Salary + Attendance Allowance + Overtime

Other details

• Permanent and full time position
• Six working days: Monday – Saturday, 8am to 4.00pm
• Uniform and Safety Shoes will be provided upon confirmation
