Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Partner closely with external clients to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Utilise multiple sourcing techniques, including networking, social media, job boards, headhunting, and referrals, to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate suitability based on role requirements and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and manage the entire interview process, ensuring timely communication and feedback for both candidates and clients.
  • Facilitate the hiring process, including offer negotiations, preparing offer letters, and conducting necessary background checks on behalf of clients.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases to ensure data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership teams on workforce planning, employer branding, and talent retention strategies for clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and market conditions to enhance recruitment processes and attract top talent.
  • Maintain proactive and effective communication with clients, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
  • Having knowledge of Malaysian HR regulations and practices is highly regarded.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Headhunter, or Recruiter, with a strong track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for external clients.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, candidate assessment methods, and employment laws.
  • Excellent proactive communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and external clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple priorities, and meet recruitment deadlines.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software is preferred.
  • Mandarin proficiency is preferred as the role involves client-facing interactions, including those from Mandarin-speaking regions.
