Job summary

A leading catering company in Malaysia seeks a Personal Assistant to the Executive Director. The successful candidate will manage schedules, communicate with stakeholders, and handle confidential information with discretion. Ideal applicants should have strong organizational skills, a Bachelor’s degree, and at least 3 years of experience in similar roles. Fluency in English and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools are essential. This position may require flexible hours and responsiveness during off-hours.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred; Diploma holders require 5+ years relevant experience.
  • Minimum 3 years experience as Personal Assistant or similar role in corporate environment.
  • Experience in F&B or hospitality is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Executive Director’s schedule and appointments effectively.
  • Serve as liaison between the Executive Director and stakeholders.
  • Cross-check and verify all reports for accuracy.
