Job summary

An established aluminium manufacturer based in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their project team for high-rise and facade projects. The role includes supervising the installation of various aluminium systems, ensuring work complies with specifications, and coordinating with main contractors and consultants. Candidates must have 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong knowledge of aluminium systems, and good English communication skills. This is a site-based position requiring independent work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor in AGW/facade/aluminium/glazing works.
• Strong knowledge of aluminium doors, windows, curtain wall and glazing systems.
• Able to read and interpret construction and shop drawings.

An established aluminium and glazing manufacturer with a 38-year track record is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our project team for ongoing high-rise, facade, and building envelope projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise installation of aluminium windows, doors, curtain wall, glazing and facade systems
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Coordinate with Main Contractor, Consultants, QS, and installation teams
• Monitor site quality, safety, and construction progress
• Handle site measurements, inspections, defects, rectification, and handover works
• Prepare daily / weekly site reports, progress updates, and attend site meetings
• Issue site notices, reports, and memos to contractors and consultants when required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years experience as Site Supervisor in AGW / facade / aluminium / glazing works
• Strong knowledge of aluminium doors, windows, curtain wall and glazing systems.
• Able to read and interpret construction and shop drawings
• AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
• Good command of English (spoken & written) for reporting and site correspondence
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and be site-based
• Responsible, disciplined, and quality-focused.
