Job summary

A leading earthwork & infrastructure contractor in Johor seeks a Site HR Officer to manage operational staff HR matters, assist with employee concerns, and maintain records. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources, with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience or fresh graduates are welcome. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and applicants must be able to work in Sedenak, Kulai, with the possibility of Saturday work. This is a 2-year renewable contract.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative support role.
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle HR matters for site-based operational staff.
• Assist the manager in resolving employee concerns.
• Support the manager with on-site disciplinary actions.
• Record and manage documents including employee attendance and working hours.
