As a Shipping Logistic Officer at YEONG CHAUR SHING PAPER MILL SDN BHD, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's import and export operations. What you'll be doing
  • Coordinating the timely and efficient delivery of goods to and from the company's facilities
  • Liaising with shipping carriers, customs authorities and other stakeholders to ensure seamless import and export processes
  • Preparing and processing all necessary documentation, including customs declarations and shipping manifests
  • Monitoring shipment statuses and providing regular updates to internal and external parties
  • Identifying and resolving any logistical issues or delays to minimise disruptions
  • Maintaining accurate records and data related to the company's import and export activities
  • Collaborating with the wider supply chain team to optimise logistics operations
