Become the Service Manager at Wheelcorp Toyota in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will lead a team of highly skilled automotive technicians and service advisors, ensuring exceptional customer service and the efficient operation of the service department. As a key member of the management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the overall success of the dealership.

What you’ll be doing
  • Oversee daily service operations, staff scheduling and work quality.
  • Lead, coach and motivate the service team to deliver great customer service.
  • Create action plans to improve customer satisfaction, service efficiency and overall performance.
  • Review service data and identify areas to improve.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide a smooth and positive customer journey.
  • Ensuring all service and repair work complies with Toyota Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality standards.
  • Handling customer complaints professionally and maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Manage parts ordering, cost control and stock levels to support business goals.
  • Ensure that the service premises are well maintained with cleanliness and tidiness properly managed.
What we’re looking for
  • Diploma/Degree in Automotive/Mechanical, Business, Operations, Engineering or similar field
  • 5 years’ experience and above in service operations or after-sales management
  • Previous experience as a Service Manager in the automotive industry
  • Strong customer service mindset
  • Good leadership skills and ability to guide a team
  • Comfortable using data to make decisions
  • Good communication skills, and Mandarin ability is an added advantage
  • Familiar with automotive service systems and software
