Job summary

A leading global technology solutions provider in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Specialist in Customer Relationship. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain customer relationships, ensure revenue forecasts are met, and collaborate closely with operations and sales teams. Candidates should have over 5 years' experience in electronic manufacturing, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in English is essential, and Mandarin speakers are preferred. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

  • Over 5 years of experience in electronic manufacturing industries.
  • Experience with international business and managing customer accounts is an advantage.
  • Good command of spoken and written English; Mandarin is a plus.

Senior Specialist - Customer Relationship
  • Develop the customer relationship to understand customer needs
  • Meet customer revenue forecasts through maximizing utilization of sites
  • Monitor and drive improvement on the key program and new opportunities
  • Coordinate closely with Ops team and Sales team to ensure seamless support for customers on the quote to cash process
  • Manage the loading, backlog, inventory, delivery performance and flexibility per customer forecasts & demand
  • Drive the customer qualification programs including site qualification, key projects & new technologies approval
  • Assist on the customer site audits and visit
Job Requirements
  • Degree or above in Science, Engineer, Business Administration or equivalent
  • >5 years working experience in electronic manufacturing industries
  • Experience with International business and managing customer accounts will be an advantage
  • PC literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skill
  • Self-motivated, independent, data-oriented and a good team player
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers
  • Occasional travel is required
