Job description

Responsibilities

• a. Lead and supervise multiple projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring timelines, quality, and budget compliance.
• b. Conduct thorough quality inspections and ensure architectural finishings meet project standards.
• c. Plan, coordinate, and oversee subcontractors’ work, ensuring smooth execution on-site.
• d. Monitor project schedules, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain progress.
• e. Serve as the main point of contact with subcontractors, consultants, authorities, house purchasers, and developers; resolve defect complaints efficiently.
• f. Manage site-related administrative tasks and ensure proper documentation.
• g. Handle ad-hoc tasks and provide guidance to junior site supervisors or assistants.

Job Requirements

• a. Diploma / Advanced Diploma / Higher Graduate Diploma / DVM / DKM Level 4 / DLKM Level 5 or equivalent.
• b. Field of Study: Civil Engineering.
• c. Minimum 3–5 years of relevant site supervision experience, preferably with large-scale projects.
