The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with statutory regulations and manage payroll deliverables efficiently. A Bachelor's degree and at least three years of payroll experience in a multi-country environment are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong communication skills are crucial for this role, which also emphasizes continuous improvement in payroll processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on payroll experience, preferably in a multi-country capacity.
• Knowledge in Singapore statutory is a must-have.
• Experience handling Philippines payroll will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of inhouse payroll processing across multiple countries.
• Partner with Payroll Processors to ensure deliverables and payroll accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with work processes, policies, and legislative requirements.
