Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail/ID renovation or related field.
• Preferably candidates at Executive or Senior Executive level.
• Good knowledge in construction drawings and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• In charge of retail and consignment store renovation projects from concept to completion.
• Produce design drawings, detail drawings, and layout plans for construction and installation.
• Review and prepare shop drawings for approval.
• Conduct site measurements and ensure accuracy of all design specifications.
• Estimate material requirements and project costs, and prepare proposals for management approval.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure work quality and timeline completion.
• Perform site supervision during renovation, installation, and handover stages.
