Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience in the food industry, especially in Regulatory or Quality Assurance.
• Willingness to work European shift hours during public holidays.
• Desk-based role focused on documentation management and customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily regulatory inquiries and information requests regarding raw materials.
• Support the execution of Traded Goods and Raw Material requests promptly.
• Review and approve raw material specifications for legality and accuracy.
