Job description

Responsibilities

• Take off quantities and measurements for all elements of building construction
• Obtain quotations from relevant sub-contractors/suppliers to prepare costing
• Prepare tender submission and documentation
• Post-contract administration and coordination
• Project budgeting
• Compare, evaluate and propose sub-contractors/suppliers
• Prepare submission of documents/drawings/samples for commencement of work
• Conduct site valuation to ascertain work done for claim and certification purpose
• Prepare monthly claims to clients and monthly certificates for sub-contractors
• Prepare variation orders and final accounts
• Work closely with site teams, sub-contractors, consultants and clients on coordination matters on and off-site

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the related field is preferable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work well with various people
• Meticulous and responsible individual
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply for the junior position
• Salary package will be commensurate with qualification and experience
