About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to oversee construction and development projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders, including consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Oversee the planning and design phases, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and all project stakeholders.
• Construction Oversight:
  • Monitor and supervise all construction activities to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections to evaluate progress, quality, and safety standards.
  • Address and resolve construction challenges promptly.
• Budget and Cost Control:
  • Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Track and report expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and control project variations.
• Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure projects comply with all local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Prepare detailed progress reports and present updates to senior management.
• Team Leadership:
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to achieve objectives.
  • Motivate and mentor team members to maintain high performance levels.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CCM) are an advantage.
• Experience:
  • At least 5-8 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within the property development sector.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use development projects.
