Job summary

Tasks / Job Scopes
  • Monitor and improve production processes to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain work instructions, process controls and engineering reviews.
  • Analyze quality issues, customer complaints and in-process defects to identify root causes and implement corrective & preventive actions.
  • Manage process changes and customer change requests to ensure proper evaluation and documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits by ensuring compliance with SOPs and quality standards.
  • Prepare and maintain process documentation such as Process Flow, Control Plan, PFMEA and PMP.
  • Support new process development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering or related field.
  • Relevant working experience is an added advantage.
