Responsibilities

• Ensure mortgage applications are processed in time.
• Detect fraudulent applications and escalate to Fraud Management Unit.

Education

Job Responsibilities

• To perform credit evaluation, recommendations and approval for Mortgage applications
• To evaluate and recommend loans for approval beyond their discretionary power
• To evaluate applicant\'s financial status, credit worthiness and risk before providing credit terms
• To ensure mortgage applications are processed within internal turnaround time
• To detect fraudulent application, tampered/suspicious documents and ensure timely fraud escalation to the Fraud Management Unit.
