People Business Partner
We are looking for a People Business Partner to shape and embed global HR processes locally, adding value and driving performance and strategy forward, to join our regional team in Kuala Lumpur.
In this key role, you will partner with business leaders to drive performance, implement global People Experience processes locally, and support the development of a high-performing and engaged workforce across the region.
You bring a strong blend of strategic thinking and operational execution, with the ability to manage complexity and build trusted relationships in a matrix organization. You’re proactive, independent, and driven to continuously improve how we work — and how we grow as a company.
