Job Title : Partner Advisory: Sales Operations Manager

Role-Description
The Partner Advisory Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role within the program, responsible for leading and managing the delivery of partner advisory sales & services to our partners. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring that our partners receive exceptional, timely, and effective advice and support, ultimately contributing to meeting sales targets and enhancing Partner experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive & exceed Partner Advisory Sales operations, Targets, KPIs and client expectations
- Oversee and manage the entire advisory services delivery process, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Create and manage performance reporting and insights for business reviews
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources and ensure seamless service delivery.
Build and Maintain Partner Relationships
- Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with our partners, fostering trust and open communication.
- Understand our partners' unique business needs, challenges, and objectives to tailor advisory services accordingly.
Identify and Recommend Sales Solutions
- Conduct thorough analyses of our partners' business operations, identifying areas for improvement and potential risks.
- Develop and present customized solutions aligned with our partners' strategic goals, leveraging industry best practices and innovative approaches.
- Bringing in B2B sales methodology and implement them
Develop and Deliver Advisory Reports and Business Reviews
- Prepare comprehensive advisory reports that provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Deliver engaging presentations to communicate complex concepts effectively to our partners.
Manage Advisory Projects
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring efficient resource allocation, timely execution, and successful project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and keep stakeholders informed of project status.
Lead and Manage Sales Professionals
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of advisory professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
- Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Track and report team utilization and productivity
- Manage shrinkage, attrition and hiring
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Sales, Marketing or related field
- Min 10+ years of experience working with & leading SaaS B2B Sales operations from Partner or Channel Partner programs, preferably from ISV ecosystem
- Strong Sales Operations management, including pipeline governance, deal velocity, negotiation skills and people management, etc.
- Advanced English language proficiency - C1 or above certified
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies and digital transformation concept
- Excellent time management skills and flexibility to work certain time zone overlapping as required
- Cloud Digital Leader or any other cloud certification is a big advantage
- Experience in driving revenue and pipeline related targets
- Experience managing Sellers and Sales operations
- Being a true team player - ability to work efficiently with multiple stakeholders across different teams
- Thought leadership - ability to think a few steps ahead
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Work timing aligned with respective Partner regions
