Position: Packaging Engineer Assistant

Industry: FMCG Manufacturing (Medicine, Pharmaceuticals, Personal Care & Cosmetics)

Location: Jalan Tandang, Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (0830 TO 1730)

Employment Type : 12 months contract with PEROL (renewable based on performance)

Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,000 (based on experience & skills) + Statutory Contributions + Leave Entitlement + Medical Coverage

Your Responsibilities
  • Lead development & qualification of tertiary packaging for new products & cost improvements
  • Conduct line trials, testing & documentation for product release
  • Collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Conduct D-FMEA, DfM, and line performance qualifications
  • Drive sustainability & innovation in packaging
  • Troubleshoot packaging issues & support line trials
Who We’re Looking For
  • Bachelor’s degree in Packaging, Engineering, or related Science field
  • 1–2 years’ experience in Cosmetics, Personal Care, OTC, Food or related industry
  • Strong knowledge in packaging technologies, GMP, Lean Manufacturing, and documentation
  • Excellent project management, teamwork & communication skills
