Job summary

A logistics service provider in Klang City is looking for an Operation & Admin Assistant to handle warehouse operations and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate shipment processing, monitoring customer administration work, preparing replenishment updates, and assisting with audits. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience and possess strong organizational skills. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office and may require work during public holidays or weekends.

Qualifications

  • Must possess at least a secondary education or Diploma.
  • At least 1 year of experience in warehouse/logistic/supply chain operations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure inbound/outbound shipment/orders process correctly.
  • Monitor administration work for all customers.
  • Report shipment discrepancies via email.
  • Prepare replenishment updates timely in the system.
  • Monitor goods loading processes.
  • Assist in cycle counts/stock takes.
  • Ensure VAS activities are completed as per requests.
  • Maintain proper documentation filing.
  • Assist in warehouse audits.

Job Description

To ensure inbound/outbound, shipment/orders process correctly and timing key into system according to the KPI standard for all individual customers.

To monitor and ensure administration work for all customers done on time and email customer related documents.

Report to customer via email for any shipment discrepancy by issuing DDR Report.

To prepare replenish and pass to operation and update replenishment correctly and timely in system.

Monitor goods Loading process and update loading status to customer by WhatsApp.

To assist for cycle count / stock take internally and according to customer’s request.

To ensure all VAS activities done as per customer request and follow up with operations.

To ensure all documentations are being filed in a proper manner and do filling.

To assist in all warehouse audits relevant to Admin/Operation and any other task being assigned by company.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a secondary or Diploma or equivalent.

At least 1 year of working experience in warehouse / logistic / supply chain operations.

Experience in WMS.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Must be willing to work during public holiday or weekend under customer request.
