Chin Tech EC Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Designer Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bayan Lepas, Penang. As a Mechanical Designer Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of cutting‑edge mechanical systems and components for our innovative Megatronic products. What you’ll be doing

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to conceptualise, design, and develop complex mechanical systems and components for Megatronic products
• Utilise SolidWorks software to create detailed 2D and 3D models, technical drawings, and prototypes
• Perform thorough analyses, simulations, and testing to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and manufacturability of mechanical designs
• Identify and resolve design issues, optimise performance, and implement engineering changes as needed
• Contribute to the development of new and innovative mechanical solutions to meet customer requirements
• Document and maintain detailed records of design processes, calculations, and test results
• Assist in the preparation of technical reports, presentations, and proposals

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the Megatronic or a similar high‑tech industry
