A peer-to-peer financing platform in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive growth by acquiring Investors and Issuers. The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor's degree and 3 years' relevant sales experience in finance. Responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, collaborating with the CMO to meet targets, and monitoring market trends. The compensation includes a basic salary of RM2,000 – RM3,000 plus commission, based on performance and experience.

In this critical role, you will be responsible in achieving growth by acquiring, growing, and retaining Investors (Lenders) and Issuers (MSME Borrowers) through effective selling of microLEAP’s P2P Financing solution. Role is based in Kelantan and pay will be Salary plus Commission.
Pay range and compensation package: Basic Salary: RM2,000 – RM3,000 + Commission. The final salary will be determined based on your interview performance and relevant experience. Commission is provided as part of the compensation package for this Sales Manager position.
