A corporate service firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an IT Support Professional. You will provide technical assistance, manage helpdesk tickets, and maintain IT security compliance. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in IT and have 1-2 years of relevant experience. Strong networking skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues are essential. This role fosters a collaborative environment while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
Provide support to Corporate Office/Centres in Malaysia on technical issues, hardware, network, security and operational problems (e.g., Desktops, Laptops, Multi-Function Printers, Business applications, IT/Security Equipment and Peripherals etc.)
Respond to service requests, incidents, manage the Helpdesk ticketing system with follow-up of status to stakeholders
Support and maintain IT Security of Enterprise anti-virus updates for endpoints, servers and networking
Support and maintain Corporate Security Systems and Measures and responsible for rules to ensure security compliances
Support the procedure of IT asset update, tracking and verification activities. Manage the inventory of software asset and licenses
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Creation, deletion and maintaining of email accounts for the organization
Administer and maintain Wi‑Fi/wired LAN, WAN, VPN including firewall, routers, switches, access points. Experience with Fortinet equipment will be advantageous
Perform related duties as required
