Software Application IT Executive

We are looking for a competent and proactive Software Application IT Executive to support and manage business software applications across the organization. This role focuses on application support, system maintenance, and continuous improvement to ensure reliable and efficient software operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level support for business software applications and related user issues.
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot software applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.
  • Assist in application deployment, configuration, testing, upgrades, and patch management.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for application systems, including configurations, user access, licenses, and change logs.
  • Work closely with the Head of Department, vendors, and internal users to resolve application-related issues effectively.
  • Support integration between software applications and other systems where required.
  • Ensure software applications comply with IT security policies, standards, and best practices.
  • Participate in software-related projects, including new system implementation, enhancement, and migration.
  • Provide application support during company events, audits, or critical business periods.
Job Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in software application support, application administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software applications, operating systems, and general IT environments.
  • Basic knowledge of databases, application troubleshooting, and system workflows is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and commonly used enterprise or business applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with good communication and user-support abilities.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
