A property management firm located in Selangor is seeking an HR professional to oversee recruitment, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with Malaysian employment laws. With a minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, candidates will coordinate payroll, support training programs, and maintain HR records. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
Oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding of new hires.
Partner with department heads to understand manpower requirements and provide guidance on workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
Support payroll administration, ensuring accuracy in monthly salary processing and compliance with statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Maintain and update HR records related to compensation, benefits, leave management, and employee movement.
Handle employee relations matters by addressing staff enquiries, managing grievances, and fostering a positive working environment.
Plan and organise staff engagement activities and support internal communications to promote a positive work environment.
Coordinate and monitor training and development programs, including registration, HRDF submissions, post-training evaluations, and maintenance of training records.
Assist in executing the performance appraisal process, including probation reviews for staff confirmation and the annual appraisal exercise.
Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are in line with current labour laws and company guidelines.
Support other ad hoc tasks or HR projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to full-spectrum HR functions.
Sound understanding of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels.
Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently.
