Job description

Primary roles of the job which are measurable and may be used as part of KPIs

1. Strategic Supply Chain Leadership:
   • Develop, implement, and manage end‑to‑end supply chain strategies to support the company’s growth objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.
   • Lead, mentor, and oversee the performance of the supply chain team, including procurement, logistics, warehouse management, planning, and continuous improvement functions.
   • Collaborate closely with senior management to forecast, budget, and plan for future product launches and expansions.
   • Oversee the procurement of raw materials and packaging, working closely with the Procurement Manager and executive to secure cost‑effective and reliable supply sources.
   • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent quality, delivery, and performance, while identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
2. Demand Planning & Forecasting:
   • Oversee demand planning functions, working with the Senior Demand Planner to create accurate forecasts based on sales data, market trends, and business goals.
   • Ensure coordination between procurement and production teams to align supply with demand, mitigating stock‑outs and overproduction.
3. Warehouse & Logistics Management:
   • Direct warehouse operations and logistics, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products to both retail points and consumers.
   • Work with the Warehouse & Logistics team to ensure inventory accuracy, proper storage practices, and efficient handling procedures.
