What you'll be doing
  • Greet and welcome guests, providing a warm and friendly first point of contact
  • Efficiently check guests in and out, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Respond promptly to guest enquiries and requests, resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Provide guidance and recommendations to guests about the local area and hotel facilities
  • Liaise with other hotel departments to ensure guests' needs are met
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to guest services
  • Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures and safety standards

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar guest services or customer-facing role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle guest queries and concerns effectively
  • Good working knowledge of hotel operations and front office procedures
  • Proficient in English and the local language(s)
  • A friendly, patient and service-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and handle shift work
