Chroma furnishing Sdn bhd is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with hands‑on experience in large format printing to join our growing team at Iskandar Puteri Johor. As a full‑time printing machine operator, you will be responsible for the efficient and reliable operation of our state‑of‑the‑art printing equipment, ensuring the production of high‑quality products that meet our rigorous standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare artwork for large format printing such as wall murals, wallpapers, stickers and decals.
• Ensure print‑ready files meet technical and production requirements.
• Load wallpaper rolls onto the machine and visually check print quality to ensure accurate colour, scale, and finish.
• Adapt and resize designs to suit different wall dimensions and surfaces.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design for large format printing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Detail‑oriented with good time‑management skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.

What we’re looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a printing machine operator in a production environment.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve printing‑related issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high‑quality work.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and procedures (English is a MUST).
• Ability to carry wallpaper rolls to load into printer.
