Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain GenAI-powered applications for CV–JD matching.
• Build and enhance integration pipelines with ATS platforms using APIs.
• Implement automation workflows using tools like Make and Zapier.
• Design and optimise RAG pipelines for accurate semantic search.
• Build backend services and APIs for LLM inference and scoring logic.
• Work with front-end engineers on dashboards and recruiter tools.
• Monitor GenAI services using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
