Job Brief

Assisting in business budgeting & forecasting, providing data updates and analysis in operational, financial, and strategic related matters on time.

Job Responsibilities

• Collaborate in financial report preparation with precise, accurate details in a timely manner.


• Contribute to the development of the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and regular variance analyses, along with additional ad hoc reporting.


• Contribute to impactful presentations, including board papers and financial dashboards that provide in-depth analysis crucial for informed decision-making.


• Provide comprehensive financial support to stakeholders, addressing productivity, expenses, reporting, and financial metrics.


• Drive continuous improvements to financial processes and systems, boosting efficiency and accuracy by automating the reporting procedures and thorough review of existing protocols.


• Utilize SAP/BI tools to offer insightful business dashboard analytics.


• Conduct prompt ad hoc business reporting and analysis when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science or finance


• 1-2 years of experience in mass data management (fresh graduates are welcome)


• Great analytical problem-solving skills.


• Knowledge of SAP/BI tools would be an advantage
