A leading job platform in Malaysia is looking for an individual to support the implementation and ongoing improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for internal users. The role includes managing user access, providing day-to-day support, and participating in process improvement initiatives. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in accounting or IT, with good communication skills and an eagerness to learn. Familiarity with Excel and Word is required. Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) for internal users.
Partner with finance and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into system enhancements, working with internal and external vendors where needed.
Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day Business Central support, providing Level 1 troubleshooting and escalating issues when required.
Manage user access and system administration, including account setup, changes, and documentation.
Maintain clear system documentation, process flows, and user guides to support consistent usage.
Support user training and adoption by communicating system updates, enhancements, and best practices.
Participate in business process improvement and automation initiatives, including projects beyond Business Central.
Continuously build knowledge of Business Central functionality, internal business processes, and related systems.

Good communication skills and a collaborative, service‑oriented mindset.
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently with guidance.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word is required.
