Key Responsibilities
  • Organize hazard identification and risk assessment activities and assist in developing effective risk control measures.
  • Supervise and ensure implementation of high-risk safety management measures within assigned units.
  • Organize and conduct daily safety work at the division level, including seasonal, holiday, and special inspections.
  • Guide and supervise companies/business departments in conducting hazard investigations and ensure timely rectification of major safety risks.
  • Improve and standardize accident investigation and handling processes.
  • Coordinate safety and environmental accident management across companies, including investigation and handling of major safety and environmental incidents.
  • Participate in EHS audits of key suppliers.
  • Manage related-party safety processes, participate in construction approvals for major projects, approve key hazardous operations, and supervise safety work at construction sites.
  • Participate in and guide the preparation and implementation of safe operating procedures across companies.
  • Perform other safety-related tasks as required.
Requirements
Education
  • Major in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or other science and engineering-related disciplines
Knowledge & Skills
  • Strong knowledge of production safety laws, regulations, and related standards.
  • Expertise in hazard identification and risk control with strong on-site safety management experience.
  • Strong execution and analytical ability to identify safety risks, supervise rectification, and reduce accident risks.
  • Proficient in accident investigation and analysis, with sound professional judgment and a fact-based, fair, and scientific approach to root-cause analysis and preventive measures.
  • Familiarity with related-party management, particularly construction safety management and hazardous operations safety management.
