Job summary

A leading customer service provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for Mandarin speakers. In this role, you will manage incoming inquiries via phone and email, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service experience, possess fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese and English, and be familiar with digital products. The working hours are from 9 AM to 6 PM, with rotational week off and compensation for public holidays.

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to manage incoming inquiries regarding our products, technologies, programs, policies, and services. The ideal candidate will represent the company professionally across various channels, providing assistance and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Answers incoming phone calls and incoming emails.

Identifies customer requirements and routes them to the correct sales or technical specialist (based on product specialty).

Validates and registers customer profiles in system.

Provide general information about digital products, technical support policies and licensing. (including websites for customer reference)

Performs all procedures accurately, including following documented call flows, work processes, data entry requirements, and complaint management processes.

Qualification:

Minimum SPM or secondary school education qualification with at least 1 year of customer service experience.

SPM or higher – fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

Fluent in Mandarin (Simplified) or Cantonese/ and English (written/typing & spoken).

Basic knowledge of digital products.

Familiarity with logical troubleshooting skills is pluspoint!

Working day: Mon-Sun (9am - 6pm), PH requires to work with compensation given.**
