Job summary

A technology solutions provider in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Retention Executive to enhance customer relationships and drive retention rates. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to meet retention KPIs. Responsibilities include engaging customers, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring a consistent positive experience. A salary range of RM2,800 – RM3,500 is offered, along with allowances and growth opportunities.

Customer Retention Executive
  • Engage with existing customers to maintain strong relationships and improve retention rates.

  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value.

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls related to sales, renewals, and customer retention.

  • Address customer concerns professionally and provide effective solutions to prevent churn.

Customer Experience Management
  • Ensure a positive and consistent customer experience throughout all interactions.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.

  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales/retention targets.

Reporting & Compliance
  • Accurately update customer information and interaction records in the system.

  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Retention, or Customer Service with a sales focus.

  • Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).

  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to meet sales and retention KPIs.

  • Ability to handle objections and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
