Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct in-depth compliance monitoring and reporting across multiple areas, including third-party Anti-Financial Crime risk assessment, policy management, and Gifts & Entertainment (G&E) approvals.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify key trends, anomalies, and areas of concern, and develop monitoring dashboards highlighting risks and action points.

  • Make evidence-based recommendations to improve controls and ensure supervising outcomes drive meaningful action.
  • Engage directly with business units, Markets, and compliance teams to guide policy adherence, G&E processes, and Anti-Financial Crime risk assessments.
  • Act as a Super User for compliance platforms (e.g., Coupa Risk Assess, G&E Tracker, Policy Management App), providing first-line user support, UAT, and leveraging SQL, Power BI, and Excel to extract insights.

What we are looking for?

  • 3–5 years of experience in audit or compliance, with strong compliance monitoring and reporting experience.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset - ability to challenge data, question assumptions, and propose solutions.
  • Data analysis and interrogation skills - proficiency in Excel (macros, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) is required; Power BI and SQL knowledge are nice to have; SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Ability to present insights in a structured, engaging way with strong communication and reporting skills.
  • Business engagement and stakeholder management skills - comfortable working with multiple partners across different cultures.
  • Process improvement mindset, experience in digital, fast-paced environments, and certifications or training in compliance, risk assessment, auditing, or business process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
