Responsibilities

  • Meet targets by soliciting new-to-bank and aggressive cross selling.
  • Build and maintain profitable business relationships with customers.
  • Use multiple prospecting methods to generate leads and set up meetings.
  • Actively seek referrals from new and existing customers.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Ensure timely reporting on productivity and performance.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor junior team members, where required.
  • Undertake any other related tasks as determined by management.
Job description
  • Meet targets by soliciting new-to-bank and aggressive cross selling to existing customer base with focus on cross selling, increasing existing customers profitability via deposits growth.
  • To build and maintain profitable business relationships with business customers by increasing penetration of cash management solutions.
  • To use multiple prospecting methods to generate leads, set up sales meetings and pitch appropriate cash management solutions to prospects.
  • Actively seeking referrals from new and existing customers.
  • To actively identify potential sales opportunities and manage sales pipeline by working closely with Area Commercial Manager, Branch Manager and on ground team.
  • Ensure timely reporting on productivity & performance to Business Wealth Team Managers.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor junior team members, where required.
  • To undertake any other related tasks as determined by the management of the Bank from time to time.
