- Conceptualize, strategize, and implement initiatives to drive business outcomes within relocation and MM2H segments.
- Stay updated with current market insights in Malaysia's relocation sector.
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to promote services, attract new clients, and expand existing client relationships.
- Connect, pitch products, and pursue sales leads tailored to client needs for relocation and MM2H.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Prepare contracts and agreements; negotiate with partners/clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
- Oversee existing clients and identify upselling opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales quotas; generate regular performance reports.
- Represent the company at events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline to drive ongoing opportunities and successful outcomes.
Job Requirements
- 2–4 years' experience in sales/business development, preferably in relocation/MM2H/related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
