Key Responsibilities:
Branch Operations Management:

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and profitability.

Implement company policies and procedures to maintain operational excellence.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock control (vehicles, parts, tools).

Sales & Business Development:

Drive sales growth by setting targets, developing strategies, and coaching the sales team.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Analyze local market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Recruit, train, and manage branch staff including sales, service, and support teams.

Conduct performance reviews and provide mentorship for professional development.

Foster a positive and high-performance team culture.

Customer Service:

Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve issues promptly.

Oversee the customer feedback loop and implement improvements as needed.

Manage branch budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance.

Prepare regular reports for senior management on sales, operations, and performance metrics.

Compliance & Safety:
