Job summary

A Cleaning Solution Manufacturing Company based in Johor seeks an Account Executive to manage daily accounting tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining records, verifying invoices, and preparing financial reports. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum diploma in Finance or a related field and be proficient in SQL software. Furthermore, fluency in both Bahasa Melayu and English is essential. This position offers a salary range of RM 2,200–RM 3,000/month.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Finance, Account or related field.
• Familiar with SQL accounting software is preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read and write in Bahasa Melayu and English.

Responsibilities

• Handle company’s daily work such as maintain accounting record, filing and payments.
• Verify and key in customer invoices, debt and credit notes.
• Key in customer payment.
• Prepare monthly aging report.
• Monitor payment from e-commerce such as Tiktok, Shopee, Lazada.
• Administration of all bank account transactions.
