We are looking for an exceptional Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team at Orion Gastro Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur. This is a full-time role where you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our renowned restaurant.

What you’ll be doing

Assisting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, customer service, and financial oversight

Directly supervising and training front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our customers

Implementing and maintaining operational procedures and policies to drive efficiency and consistency

Collaborating with Head Chef to ensure menu items are prepared and presented to the highest standards

Monitoring and analysing sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth

Proactively addressing customer complaints and concerns to maintain our reputation for excellence

Assisting with administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and financial reporting

What we’re looking for

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role

Proven track record of leading and motivating front-of-house teams to deliver exceptional customer service

Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers, staff, and stakeholders

Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
