Job Title: Senior Executive, Sales & Marketing
Salary Range: MYR 5,500 – 8,000 / month
Responsibilities
  • Assist in leading the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs through coordination, tracking, and support.
  • Supervise and optimize the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring efficiency and high conversion rates.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Department to support implementation of campaigns, advertisements, and media placements.
  • Monitor and control A&P budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and alignment with overall branding goals.
  • Track and monitor A&P execution progress in alignment with sales needs, without handling planning or budgeting.
  • Organize and support sales‑related events such as project launches, registration briefings, and roadshows.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to internal sales staff and appointed external agencies to strengthen selling capacity.
  • Collect and submit relevant market data to assist management in positioning and pricing decisions.
  • Uphold service quality standards by assisting with customer complaints and escalations where necessary.
  • Support departmental reporting, meeting materials, and sales data summaries as required by superior.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting, negotiation, and deal closing.
  • Monitor and report personal sales performance, with strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide both pre‑sales and post‑sales support.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long‑term satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage sales documentation to ensure smooth and organised sales operations.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to attract buyers and investors.
  • Coordinate promotional activities, events, and exhibitions to boost brand visibility.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine sales approaches.
  • Create and manage marketing content including listings, ads, and digital materials.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.
Required Qualifications and Skills
  • A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3‑5 years of working experience in property, sales with a developer, or a related field.
  • Candidate must possess a minimum qualification of SPM or a Diploma.
  • Minimum 1‑2 years of working experience in property, sales with a developer, or a related field.
