Overview

We are looking for an Area Manager who will oversee the day to day operations of our centres, ensure high standards of student well being, and provide strong instructional and people leadership. This role requires close coordination across centres, effective communication, and a consistent focus on quality delivery and operational excellence.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Oversee the daily operations of the centres and ensure smooth functioning.
• Uphold and ensure the well‑being, safety and development of all students.
• Monitor overall centre operations and management performance.
• Provide instructional leadership and support continuous staff development.
• Foster teamwork and maintain a positive and conducive working environment.
• Communicate clearly and ensure accurate dissemination of information.
• Monitor, guide and assess the performance of supervisors and teachers.
• Maintain consistent and optimal student behaviour across all centres.
• Manage and resolve complaints or issues in a professional and satisfactory manner.
• Plan and organise annual events and centre based projects.
• Coordinate with other principals for group wide events and initiatives.
• Liaise closely with the Head of Operations on operational and related matters.
• Strengthen coordination and alignment among centres within the assigned zone.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all required documentation.

Specific Objectives and Targets

• Conduct classroom observations for every teacher at least once every quarter.
• Ensure teachers maintain delivery performance of not less than 80% based on LFC standards.
