A leading aluminium manufacturing company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Executive to manage aluminium fabrication processes. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience, skilled in reading technical drawings, and capable of operating machinery safely. Responsibilities include cutting, assembling, and installing aluminium products, ensuring quality and safety standards. This role offers a competitive salary of RM1800 – RM10,000 monthly, and candidates must be physically fit and detail-oriented.

Senior Executive

Qualification

• Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings, shop drawings, and specifications for aluminium and glazing works.
• Measure, cut and assemble aluminium profiles according to project requirements.
• Cut and assemble the aluminium profile with Zero Error, and No Error will be tolerated.
• Fabricate standard, high‑end and slim‑profile aluminium windows, doors, curtain walls, partitions, louvres, railings, tempered doors, mosquito netting, security mesh, folding up windows, multifolding doors and other related items.
• Operate fabrication machines (cutting saws, punching, drilling, milling, welding, etc.) safely and efficiently.
• Perform grinding, polishing, and finishing to ensure high‑quality standards.
• Install aluminium and glass products on‑site, ensuring proper fitting and alignment.
• Inspect completed workpieces to meet quality, safety, and design standards.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors, site coordinators, and team members to meet project deadlines and objectives.

Site Aluminium and Glass Installers are not currently being considered.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an aluminium fabricator, installer, or in a related aluminium fabrication trade.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and fabrication details.
• Skilled in using power tools, hand tools, and fabrication machinery.
• Knowledge of different aluminium systems, profiles, and accessories used in Malaysia’s construction industry.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks, lifting, and installation work.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or at project sites when required.
• Minimum SPM/technical certificate preferred (but not always required, experience highly valued).
• Basic knowledge of safety standards and practices in construction and fabrication.
• Gambling and being drunk are strictly prohibited before or during working hours.
