We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team at LEE FLOWER FARM SDN BHD. This full‑time position is based in the beautiful Cameron Highlands, Pahang, and will play a crucial role in supporting the day‑to‑day operations of our growing flower farm business.

What you'll be doing
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organising meetings
  • Handling a variety of clerical tasks such as data entry, record‑keeping, and file management
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents. Knowledge in work related to MyGAP will be a added advantages.
  • Responding to inquiries and correspondence from clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Contributing to the overall efficiency and smooth running of the office
What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with people at all levels
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • A proactive, problem‑solving mindset and the ability to work independently
