Responsibilities

  • Prepare financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status
  • Review and process expense vouchers, invoices, and other fiscal documents for payment; reconcile monthly statements from vendors
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
  • Monitor and report variances to senior management
  • Provide financial analysis, plans, targets, and business drivers
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payment transactions and deposits
  • Manage credit and collection of accounts receivable, ensuring prompt payment following established procedures
